backburner manager 起動時のエラー

先に結果から．
下記のエラーの対処方法は、OS再インストールでした．
何か、別の解決方法があれば教えてください．

OSはwindows xp 32bit．

windows updateかけても、backburner再インストールしても、vcredist_x86.exe再インストールしても解決できませんでした．悔しい．
